PARENTS FEES
 

• Your fees could be as little as .$1.05 per hour if you are eligible for WINZ childcare subsidy).
• $4.75 per hour – (up to 9.5 hours per day).
• $7.98  per hour – (over 9.5 hours per day).
• A 10% discount is given to parents that have more than one child enrolled in our care. Conditions apply; call us at the office to see if your family meets these conditions.
   

20 HOURS FREE CHILDCARE
Waikato Family Homebased Childcare provides all 3 and 4 year old children  20 hours of FREE childcare.

FOOD
Parents are asked to supply adequate, healthy and nutritional food for their children’s lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea.

CHILDCARE SUBSIDY
We can help you apply for a childcare subsidy, please phone WINZ to discuss your eligibility. (This could reduce your fees to as little as $1.05 per hour depending on your income as assessed by WINZ).

FREE - Playgroup, Music group, Gym group & Kids Day Out.(excursion)

EDUCATORS REIMBURSEMENT

• $4.60 per hour, per child, while the care child is in your care. 
• $3.65 per hour, if the care child is contracted for care, but absent on any day, or part day.
• $3.00 per hour, if the care child’s parent gives you a week’s notice of the care child’s absences.
• $3.65 per hour, for sick leave if you are unable to care on your care childs contracted day, at no cost to the parent. (upto 5 days & a maximum 6 hours per day per child)
• $3.00 per hour, per each enrolled child over our Christmas closure period as a holding fee at no cost to the parent.
   

LUNCH
A lunch box or food/money contribution will be provided as prior arrangement with your care child’s parent. For further information on Educators reimbursement phone our office on (07) 849-3049
