- Homebased childcare is flexible; therefore it can meet your needs, as well as those of your family and your care family. As a Educator you can decide whether to provide full time or part time care, you can choose your hours including whether you wish to work during the school holidays.

- Educators are chosen for their warmth and love of children. All our Educators are interested in children's development and enjoy providing a wide variety of play and fun throughout the day.
- Educators provide care and learning for children from birth to 5 years in a family atmosphere in their own home and receive on going support from qualified Early Childhood Teachers.
- At Waikato Family Homebased Childcare we pay for our Educators to gain certificates in Homebased Childcare and First Aid.
- Our Educators, their children and care children benefit from our FREE toy library, play, gym, music groups and excursions.
